The answer is simple start exercising. If you want to have more radiant looking skin then your top priority is to stop with the excuses and get off your butt! You don’t have to get a gym membership; I understand Rome wasn’t built in one day so start small by taking walks, doing pushups or sit ups, jumping jacks, taking the stairs instead of the escalator, and etc. but be more active. Once you start small you’ll gradually see yourself growing and in the end you’ll be lifting weights, going on long bike rides, or even running marathons, the list is endless!

So how does exercising help in reducing my acne?

  • It increases your blood flow, which means more nutrients will get to your skin
  • It promotes the elimination of toxins through your sweat
  • It helps your internal organs work more efficiently

Its been shown that the best way to move your lymph system is with up and down motions like jump roping or running. So if you want your acne to clear up move that body!
