Selecting a good pair of running shoes all comes down to your pronation. The definition of pronation is the turn or the rotation of your foot that either faces towards the inner of your body or face outwards to your body.

There are 3 types:pronation

  1. Pronation (Where the foot begins to roll inward, evert slightly, and the arch of your foot flattens)
  2. Neutral (The norm where there’s no angle)
  3. Supitnation (The foot inverts slightly and the arch becomes higher which enables the foot to roll over on the big toe)
